Very impressed with the overall quality of the control panel. The build quality of the control panel is very high and the setup straight forward. The flexibility provided is what you would expect from a professional alarm system, but the range of configuration options even surprised me. The software provided is very stable and provides a simple interface to get the most out of the configuration options available. It takes some time and guidance to understand all the options, but once you are familiar with the system the possible configuration setups seem endless. After 12 months living with the control panel the reliability and stability of the system is what you would expect. I have had no issues to report to date and the remote connection options provided by the myJablotron app are also as faultless in their operation. I regularly travel back to the UK and always find myself connecting to make sure all is well back home. I can even check the temperature in the garage and adjust the heating as required! :) I also like the reporting functions available whereby I receive messages telling me all is ok in the different sections I have setup, like no motion detected for the last 12 hours in the main entrance for example. It's nice to be able to get confirmation all is well back home, as well as when there is a problem! Paul

Mit 35 Jahren IT-Selbstständigkeit war das Jablotron-Alarm-System zunächst eine Herausforderung in einem unbekannten Elektronikbereich. Aber das Jablotron Alarmsystem ist ein gut zu bedienendes, ausgefeiltes System, dass sowohl hardwaremäßig als auch ganz besonders softwareseitig schnell und verständlich aufgesetzt und angebracht werden kann. Die Bedienung ist auch für ältere Menschen oder unerfahrene Nutzer absolut verständlich und nachvollziehbar zu betreiben. Die Jablotron Alarmanlage arbeitet unbelastend im Hintergrund und ist deshalb auch im privatem Bereich ausgezeichnet einsatzbar. Durch die von der Firma Credex erhaltene Unterstützung konnten binnen kürzester Zeit 2 Häuser vollständig ausgestattet werden. In diesem für uns neuem Elektronikbereich wurden auch unsere merkwürdigsten Fragen geduldig und zu jeder Zeit vollständig beantwortet und mit sinnvollen Ratschlägen ergänzt. Die Remote-Online-Hilfe mit der die Firma Credex die Softwareeinstellungen überprüfen, ergänzen und Fehler korrigieren kann, ist Teil des guten Service. Einen Service wie wir ihn von der Firma Credex erhalten haben, vermissen wir bis heute bei den uns seit 35 Jahren beliefernden Distributoren und Herstellern aus der IT-Welt, obwohl diese auf Grund ihrer Größe eigentlich ganz andere Möglichkeiten hätten. Wir planen bereits den Kauf von ergänzender Kameraüberwachung und weiteren Alarmanlagen im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis. MfG
