I would like to ask how to change the ip address on JA-SmartHub.

Normally an IP address is given per DHCP, this can be fixed in your router.
Theoretically the IP address can be changed, but this process is only done in extremely exceptional circumstances. Knowledge of Linux and puTTY is necessary.

I have in my house Jablotron 80. is it supported? If not, there is anything similar for 80 version?

No, the smarthub is not for the OASiS 80 series. There is nothing similar for the 80 version.
