The 308 is a 64 channel NVR from the Uniview brand. With this network video recorder you can connect IP cameras up to a maximum resolution of 12 megapixel recording. Video images can be stored in an H.264 or H.265 stream.

The recorder is equipped with 8 SATA connections. A hard disk up to a size of 10TB can be connected to these connections. The recordings can be divided over multiple disks and offer support for a RAID1 or RAID5 configuration. The recorder is equipped with 3 USB connections for connecting a mouse or USB storage. In addition, this recorder is equipped with a VGA and two HDMI outputs for connecting a surveillance monitor, up to a resolution of 1080P and 4K on HDMI output 2.

The Guard Viewer mobile phone application allows you to access the recorder on an iOS or Android device and view, play back and backup images live. The recorder supports a handy P2P function so you don't have to forward ports to a router.
